i have only less than 2 weeks to prepare for the coming half marathon.
sounds scary huh?
i successfully reached my target last year to complete 10km without stopping.
this year, my target is to keep run as much as possible before walking.
i ran about 4.5 km earlier today before stopping, and my knees blardy hurt! i hope i don't blast my knees after the 21km next sunday.
i also need a plan to keep myself free from the flu bugs and stomach virus that are spreading around the office. well, i just recovered from one case so i hope i won't fall ill in the next 2 weeks.
will keep this blog posted on my "training" progress. probably need to do some interval trainings to boost my stamina and should watch my diet too. more excuses to eat carbo. hehe
