went for acupuncture today on the arms. the tcm doc told me now i not only haf tennis elbow but also golfer's elbow! and the irony is i didnt get them from playing either sport. i didn't realise my condition was tt bad too. but i'm sure i'll play till the end of this season. :)
acupuncture... have you tried it before? frankly speaking, i kind of regretted going into the tcm clinic after he poked the first needle in. but i couldn't stop him from continuing the procedure anymore. it felt like sitting through a horror movie, scolding myself for the self-inflicted mental torture. abit exaggerated la..heh but because my threshold level for pain is really low, so i was wincing quite abit and he had to keep asking me to relax. the sight of my both arms with 12 needles sticking out of them was really quite funny though heehee. for 30mins i had to sit still with current passing through my body. it's like how amazing how the needles will jump with the electricity~!
haii it doesn't come quite cheap. each session is $35 and i need to go back 8-10 times again! i can't imagine that right now.
