happy birthday to caline!

as much as i love getting surprises, i love giving surprises! but somehow i always manage to let the receiver get a hint of it before the actual surprise. the most recent ones were winnie's birthday celebrated in turin and caline's which we just celebrated.

i think some of my friendships have been brought a level higher since exchange. It's probably due to the similar experiences we share. Another reason is after seeing so many different types of people and being apart for some time, i can feel whose company i missed and have enjoyed the most.

nowadays, our conversation topics have also changed. as many of our friends have graduated, and some of us are facing graduation, common topics are about the new jobs, starting pay, and prospects. personally i'm worried about not being able to fetch a job. or at least, a decent paying job. i can't even be a PE teacher! (because i cannot do cartwheels.. boohoo). well but optimistically, nothing's impossible. right.
