one long boring blog after a few short ones

another fren adopting the christian faith. somehow i dunno whether i shld believe it, since i havent heard it from del herself. but den, christianity has proved its wonders to me in converting ppl so i guess i shldnt be tt surprised. (did i juz offend any christians? if i did.. i didnt mean it)

so this was the first breaking news i've heard this week.

today i heard another.. this good fren of mine got attached! ahhaha... wasnt really a surprise cos she told us she was dating him but at tt time she was still going out with other guys at the same time. well, i'm happy for her.. cos she's happy.

meanwhile, i've decided to take part in the KL regatta with the polo gals. regardless of how busy i may be at tt time... cos it may be the last time i'll get to compete with them before i go for exchange. before i take a six mth break from polo, which means i may not be good enough for nxt yr's national champs.. sigh this batch of freshies haf the potential and the drive so i can see them going quite far in a yr's time, if they can keep the fire going in them for a long time.

the trick to keep improving, is to haf the urge to learn.

back to the studio, things havent been really smooth. my work... and also some class matters. the exchange places havent been quite finalised. cos of the overwhelming response for essen uni, germany. (i'm not one of them la.. i'm settling for torino, italy) so today after the presentation by our snrs who shared with us their exchange experiences, our tutor andre gave me the honour to break the news regarding who was selected to go germany. to make the decision based on our CAP and (design)grades seem not the best way as these two factors do not actually deem who're more suitable for the place. but i agree w wjen, it's the most fair.

one thing i've noticed bout my class is, although we look like quite chummy w one another on the surface, there're some unseen (but can be felt) competition which can get quite ugly on the other side. esp between the different cliques. sometimes things are not done quite in the professional way.

but,

i hope everything gets settled once and for all.

i juz want to go for my exchange... and everybody else to go to theirs happily.
