question: wat does a team means to u?

wat is a team?
in my ideal scenario, a team shld be able to work together towards a common goal rite? each indvl in the team will be ready to sacriface their own benefits for the welfare of the team, in order to achieve the goal.
but it seems like not everybody thinks the same way as i do. it has been proven so last time in nj, and i see it again in my current team. urgh, juz thinking of it makes my blood boil. a simple goal of getting the national champs become as complicated as settling personal grudges. tt's how i see it. they put it in a nicer way only. selfish pigs! hai... i will never understand wat's gng on in their minds...
