the mind

is now very tired from the morning's training and tomorrow's work.
sometimes sunday can be the most tiring day of the week cos you feel like you didn't get enough rest for the week and you have to get yourself mentally prepared for all the challenge you may face the coming week or in fact, the next day itself

anyway have you seen the tv campaigns for the Live Earth concerts that will be broadcast from 8 cities all over the world, kind of like Live8 but for a different cause this time round. really feel like flying to one of the cities to just to attend the event. hmmm how about london? it has the best line-up: bloc party!!! snow patrol !! razorlight!!! keane!! john legend!! foo fighters!!!
