a gastronomic week!!!
- tues: dept dinner with the boss at mezza9, hyatt ;
- thurs: company dnd at km9, sentosa ;
- sat: colleague's wedding dinner at four seasons hotel
if you are getting married, please hold it at four seasons! it's the BEST i've ever been to. i think the whole package, from the aperitif cocktail to the heavenly chocolate mousse desert, was fantastic and the whole affair was very well planned.
the most impressive part of the dinner was the almost instantaneous transmission of photos from the photographer's camera to the projector to the screen. damn cool! at the end of the dinner, he could even print out the group pictures (name card size) out immediately for everybody. behind the picture was the photographer's name card. very smart!
meanwhile, i'm starting to feel inertia in my work. think i need a holiday. gonna pass my probation period and i will start to clear my leave!
have i mentioned this before? parents going to tokyo with the bro and cousins without me. i'm really not sore bout it cos i have plans to wreck the house upside down while they are away. and i am saving the money for places i will like to go more (the americas and europe!). but in the meantime, i will still like short treats to neighbouring countries. and there's something planned for the end of the year already! yay!
