the haze is making my throat very dry and i have difficulty swallowing my saliva, which makes me gasp for air, and semi-choke, and almost suffocate to death. no kidding. especially that time when i dozed off on the bus, and suddenly jolted up gasping for air. i didnt dare to carry on my nap after that. urgh. i hate the haze. can't wait for the skies to clear.

despite the haze, i had quite a happening long weekend which started from thursday. went for a 2-day lateral thinking course, courtesy of the company at the SIM. it was pretty good. recommended! especially go for the one by Sir Peter Low, apostle of the legendary Edward de Bono, creator of the 6 thinking hats method.

another highlight was the oktoberfest. it was really quite exciting. atmosphere and food was good. people were dancing on tables/chairs, breaking beer mugs while toasting.. personally, i feel it's worth the 33bucks if you can't afford to go to the real thing in germany.

glad my days aren't as hazy as the skies are now :) hope yours are fine too
