If the best explanation for HIS unreasonable behaviour these adolescent years is "he hasnt grown up", then i think i can only give him 2 more years before my patience runs out. 2 freaking years until he goes to live in the barracks of tekong or somewhere far away from toapayoh. then perhaps he will finally be a man, be responsible, be reasonable, be appreciative and understand how hurting and unbelievable his behaviour was when he was 16 years old. Perhaps, THEN, we can all look back and have a good laugh about it.

meanwhile, all i can do now is wish him the very best for his o levels, don't screw it up cos that will cause my parents more worry or more money, and it also might mean i have to wait 3 years or more instead.
