this was wat the video cameraman said when he was at our station of the fright night last night. he was with a group of freshman. along with them was a camera man, flashing his camera flash along the way. it was supposed to be a walk along the aki tunnel, which was really dark. with the camera flash all over the place, we, who were hiding at the side, could be seen easily. the freshies brought along their hps too, which was equally stupid.
we were really pissed by what they did. aren't they juz spoiling their own fun? furthermore, we felt that they were undermining our efforts. we did not hide there in the dark to feed mosquitoes.
luckily they were the first group and we told the OGLs that the freshies were not allowed to bring their hps in. NO MORE camera man was allowed in.
at the end of it all, the more we thought about it, the more angry we were. shawna recognised the video camera man. and we decided to tell him off together. we told him what we were not happy with and he didn't seem to be remorseful about it. he didn't even TRY to sound, or look sorry for it. he even tried to push the blame around, by saying " i wasn't the camera man flashing the flashlights. i was holding the video camera." i thought to myself, yeah, so what were you doing inside the dark with the VIDEO CAMERA? what could you have taken? for all we know, you could have even asked the freshies to illuminate the area with their handphones for you. and he tried to end everything, saying " ok i know already. bye"
i think he didn't even say a single sorry. he had this zhuai look on his face all the while we were talking to him.
i'm so glad i won't see him as much anymore, since he's going to move up to the 2nd level studio next year.
