sava n guys

sava races today..a day with ups n downs

was rather disappointed with the arrangements and stuff initially..
but i din want to let the jnrs feel like i dun wanna row w them. because tt's really not the case.
or rather, i tot i wld feel out being the only one from my batch in the boat of 12.
ya but the whoosh team did alright, we managed to qualify for finals for women's open and semifinals for the mixed open..yadayada..
the nj alumni team did better. the women's open boat came in champs n the mixed open 3rd.

i wondered if i was on their boat, wld i haf slowed the boat down??

hah ya..wateva.. the wat ifs of life.

but wat happened after the races really made my day eventually
few of us went to dine w the guys from our batch, n the few things they did surprised me
they had already bathed but we havent..

firstly, they did not take yihao's car. instead they asked him to wait for us while they went to suntec first.

2ndly, at cafe cartel, they took a big table and waited for at least 20 mins (i think) for us to arrive before they made the order..

3rdly, ben took water n bread for us (at my request, but it's good enough!!)

4thly, they waited til everybody get their food before starting to eat the main course. and i noe everybody was freaking hungry..

i was like damn impressed.. beacause if u had known them last time, they were always the pigs who could leave for dinner without waiting for us or scram home after they finish eating

den later they also waited for me at the mrt station while i took some pics at raffles city for my assignments, so that we can leave together..



guess they did grow up.. :)
